It is known as the largest wilderness area east of the Mississippi River in the United States.

Did you know that Thomas A. Edison had a home here? You can see his home and laboratories. You will learn about some of his most innovative inventions. Speaking of inventions, we have a museum dedicated flight and the history of that great adventure.
