Even with a near depression-like economy in Michigan and across the entire country, there is still an enormous interest in the Final Four Tournament and getting tickets to the event. Basketball isn't the most popular sport by any means and the Final Four pales in comparision with the Super Bowl, yet those tickets are still in high enough demand.
For those that aren't familiar with the events leading up to the Final Four game, most of the weekend's basketball events will be available free to the public. These activities will include the college all-star game, various Detroit community events, the fan experience at Cobo Hall, an assortment of youth activities and open basketball practices and music concerts. And thanks to the new seating configuration, thousands of students will get tickets to sit courtside for only $10!
